What is overweight?
Weight that is higher than the healthy weight. Weight levels are calculated based on height. For example, if your height is 5’9 and your weight is between 70 to 75 KG then your weight will be considered a healthy weight or If your weight is between 77 to 91 then your weight will be considered Overweight.
